Our call-out fee is $99, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the job. You always get a fixed price before we start.

Do you really come out at night?

Yes. Our emergency line is answered 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. After-hours rates apply, and we tell you the price before we head out.

How fast can you get here?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Every plumber holds a WA plumbing licence, our gasfitters hold WA gas licences, and we carry full public liability insurance.

Do you guarantee your work?

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty on top of that.
